Message from the Chapter
Welcome — This is the official homepage for the Beta-Lambda Chapter of the Kappa Sigma Fraternity.
The Beta-Lambda Chapter was originally founded on March 16, 1901 at the University of Georgia, and then chartered once again on October 25, 2014. The Chapter has initiated over 2,000 brothers since its founding, including notable brothers such as Sonny Perdue, the former U.S. Secretary of Agriculture and Governor of Georgia, and country music icon and Country Music Hall of Fame member Bill Anderson.
With an ever-expanding chapter roster and vast alumni network, the brothers of the Beta-Lambda Chapter of the Kappa Sigma Fraternity continue to excel in all facets of life on and off campus. We have brothers working at Fortune 500 companies in Atlanta and throughout the country; brothers serving as public officials at the local, state and federal level; and brothers operating successful entrepreneurial ventures.
Our Chapter commits to producing men who uphold the values of Fellowship, Leadership, Scholarship, & Service. With these values, the Beta-Lambda Chapter serves as a beacon of success for young men at the University of Georgia and will do so far into the future.
